Lilly & I is happy to offer a store credit for any change of mind returns, shipping of returned item must be covered by buyer. Alternatively you can exchange for another product but buyer must cover all shipping costs.
Should the product be faulty or not as described, Lilly & I will happily offer a full refund & cover shipping costs to return the product.

Please be aware Lilly & I do not remove tags from the products we sell. If tags are removed it was prior to us acquiring the stock. This includes fabric tags.
We may use clips to adjust larger products on mannequins in photos. Mannequins are size 6-8. All products are true to size unless stated otherwise in product description.
